So, a lot has changed since my last post. First of all, Anna has been introduced. She’s a hardworking, fifteen-year-old girl who runs a bakery with her parents. She lives in a small village near the kingdom, and she has never met the royal family. A family friend named Freya, who is actually the queen and Anna’s mother, visited the bakery to see Anna.
The king and queen never made it to their port after they set out on their voyage. They are being mourned. The death of her parents sent Elsa into a disassociation episode in which she discovered her magic. She can create snow and ice out of thin air. She also recreated a snowman named Olaf from her childhood. The snowman can talk and walk. He also brings up Anna, but Elsa and himself can only remember her as a deja vu moment or a dream one had long ago.
The story has skipped forward about three years to Elsa’s coronation. Over the three years, Elsa and Olaf have grown fond of one another and spend most of their times together. Olaf is allowed to leave Elsa’s room only when Elsa is certain no one will catch him. I am also assuming that Elsa and Anna have not met each other yet.
