This book keeps getting more and more interesting as I read it. Count Olaf still hasn’t given up on stealing the orphans fortune. He sets up terrible schemes planning to take it. He’s found a way that he can get his hands on the fortune and that is by marrying the oldest daughter Violet. He knows Violet would never agree to marry him, so he tells her that she is going to be in a play where he marries her. Violet was a smart girl so she knew he was up to something. Violet and her siblings figured out what the terrible man was doing, and she refused to do the play. However, Count Olaf did not give up on his plan. He captured Sunny and threatened to kill her unless Violet married him, so Violet agreed to save her sister.
Count Olaf is a horrible man and no child deserves to be put with a guardian that treats them this way. Someone is gonna find out and put a stop to this, and the kids won’t have to worry about him anymore.
