The Photoshoppiest free image editor on the web. A good stand-in for heavy-duty image editing if you don’t have anything local.
There are many color palette generators online; this is one of them. Explore palettes generated by others for inspiration, spin the wheel on your own, or upload a photo to pull colors out of it.
