Hello, Mythology! As I predicted, I’m home with this sickly Munchkin. I’m not sure how many of you might be there, but I needed to leave something for you to do…

Since we’re all out of Norse myths (Shoot! I just realized I had another Thor-story on tap that we didn’t read! Oh well.) I figured I’d go ahead and drop an Introduction to Egypt on you.

This, and the other stories we’ll be looking at, is from Roger Lancelyn Green’s book Tales of Ancient Egypt, first published in 1967. It’s the best set of stories I’ve found so far, and I hope you’ll find them interesting.
